Construction Update 2: Lincoln Mill

If you’ve driven by the Lincoln Mill campus over the past few months, you have noticed many changes taking place. The property’s retail hub—the Dye House—was undergoing a major makeover with new paint, added storefronts, and tenant buildouts in the works. Most recently, a massive sign was placed on the roof of the main office building with Lincoln Mill’s official logo. It was a great addition to the modern monument signage and wayfinding signs that can now be seen around the site and from the road. Lincoln Mill’s full potential is being unlocked with each addition, transforming the development into the amenity-rich office complex it was meant to be.

Outside the Dye House, landscaping has been added. There’s also a new Downtown Huntsville Blue Bike station. The bike rack provides rentable bikes that can be checked out with the use of the free Movatic app. Storefronts have been added for retail tenants and buildouts have begun. Stay tuned here as we share when concepts will be open and what else is planned for the development.

Attractive new signage has been added to help with navigation and to add some flair to the property. Both the North and South lobbies can be easily identified, and passersby can see the “Lincoln” logo high atop the office building.

More wayfinding signage was added inside the halls for easy navigation and a branded monument sign is now situated right on Meridian Street.

The bathrooms and on-site fitness center have also experienced renovations and improvements. Finally, a new outdoor courtyard is being added near the South Lobby.

It won’t be much longer until construction is complete, and you will hear of more tenants joining the site. We are honored to have made this renovation possible and help bring more life, character, and business to the Meridian Street corridor and Lincoln Mill district.
