Buff City Soap Opens This Weekend At Whitesburg Plaza!

A new retail concept for Huntsville, Buff City Soap will have its grand opening event starting this Thursday and lasting through the weekend. Buff City Soap sells fresh, handmade soaps that are made daily on-site. Guests will be able to celebrate the opening with special discounts, prizes, and much more! It’s all happening at the Whitesburg Plaza shopping center on the corner of Whitesburg Drive and Airport Road. The 5,572-square-foot space will house the brand’s full line of products from plant-based soaps to shower oils and lotion bars.

Zac Buckley, VP of Leasing at Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate, helped the brand secure the new location—the first of its kind in the Rocket City.

“It’s always exciting to work with new-to-market concepts,” said Zac. “Buff City Soap has found a great location that provides the visibility and traffic they desired. We know they will do well in Huntsville, and we wish them the best of luck as they open this weekend.”

Buff City Soap prides itself on providing an alternative to commercial soaps packed with chemicals, detergents, and animal fats. All inventory is handcrafted and cruelty-free without preservatives or animal testing. Guests can choose from an array of popular fragrances like lemon, pomegranate, bergamot, peppermint, coconut, vanilla, white musk, and much more. There’s also a long list of natural ingredients such as green tea extract, beeswax, witch hazel, liquid caffeine, tea leaves, coconut oil, and others that help guests customize their perfect soap.

In addition to soap, Buff City also sells other bath and shower products—Epsom salts, bath bombs, soap whip. There’s even laundry soap, dryer balls, shaving bars, and beard care items.

What can you expect this weekend? On Thursday, August 26th, doors will be open starting at 9 a.m. Visitors will be able to meet the Buff City Soap team, watch soap-making demonstrations, and enjoy several discounts. The first 50 people to visit the store will receive FREE SOAP FOR A YEAR!

Hours for opening weekend will be:

Thursday – Saturday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All weekend long, guests will get 15% off their entire purchase and 25% off $100-plus purchases. Finally, you can buy one laundry soap and get a second container for 50% off. These deals will only last through opening weekend, so don’t miss out. There are soaps and bath products for everyone in the family—even a kid’s line with bright colors and scents. It’s going to be fun!
