Two New Concepts Coming to Huntsville

We’re excited to welcome Light Hill Meats and Corban’s Smash House to Stadium Commons this winter. The two concepts will bring a farm-to-table butcher shop and a new burger restaurant to Huntsville’s southeast side.

The additions build on Stadium Commons’ growing mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle destinations. Current tenants include Free People, Free People Movement, Ferren Boutique, VSL Nail Spa, and Hattie B’s Hot Chicken.

From the Farm to the Table

Light Hill Meats is a family-owned butcher shop based in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Founder Ben Neale brings years of cattle industry experience to the business. He raises cattle in Giles County, Tennessee, and operates a company-owned processing plant in Lynnville. This approach allows Light Hill Meats to oversee quality from pasture to butcher case.

At Stadium Commons, the brand will introduce Corban’s Smash House, its first restaurant concept. The fast-casual restaurant will serve burgers made with a proprietary meat blend sourced directly from Light Hill Meats.

Beyond the menu, Corban’s Smash House has a personal mission. Ben named the restaurant after his son, Corban, who has autism. The concept aims to create a welcoming environment for all families, including those with children with special needs.
