“I wanted to know the concept I was helping develop would better my community and bring opportunities to those around me,” said Will Harbison, Owner and Operator of Coin Coworking. “I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart, and Lincoln Mill has given me the chance to develop attractive and affordable community workspaces where startups, entrepreneurs, and like-minded small businesses can network, collaborate, and share space as they grow their companies.”

Coin, a newer tenant at Lincoln Mill on Meridian Street, offers all-inclusive rentable workspaces on a membership basis for small businesses and professionals. Billing itself as “an inspiring and affordable community workspace,” Coin has perks that back up its claims. With each membership, users have access to a modern workspace, Google Fiber Wi-Fi, growth events, coaching, standard office tools (e.g. printer, copier, scanner), gym access, and a mailing address for each user’s business. Plus, the campus itself offers on-site dining, coffee, fitness concepts, and more.

(Coin is located on the second floor of Lincoln Mill in Suite 200A next to the elevator.)

“The first time I saw Lincoln Mill I knew it was the perfect launching pad for Coin,” said Will. “My wife and I admire the way the entire district is growing and being redeveloped. The overall environment is unique and has an interesting history. We’re less than a mile from downtown proper and we have plenty of on-site parking available. Each workspace has large windows with lots of natural lighting, and we really love the restaurants on campus and nearby. It’s an ideal location.”

One of the best things about Coin is that users are welcome to try it before committing. The space offers a variety of options from renting a dedicated desk to private offices and flex space. There’s even a Day Pass option for professionals who may be on a business trip and need a comfortable space to set up shop. Everyone who uses Coin also has access to well-equipped conference rooms for important client and team meetings.

“We encourage everyone to book a tour or try us out before joining,” said Will. “Our job is to ensure the space is perfectly suited to your needs. The team here has researched coworking concepts throughout the country to combine the most enjoyable atmosphere with the most competitive pricing structure.”

Coin is a space where once-isolated professionals can build a community, which ultimately helps build their businesses.

“There are opportunities within coworking spaces that simply aren’t available when working solo,” said Will. “Conversations tend to morph into creative solutions, valuable business connections, and the sharing of expertise. These reasons alone are enough to prove the value of coworking facilities.”
