In October 2020, Iron Tribe Fitness announced it would be making a big move from its original location on Woodson Street to a brand-new facility. The fitness brand’s Huntsville site made plans to relocate to the up-and-coming Lincoln Mill development—a historic office campus undergoing a major renovation. Iron Tribe is now officially open and welcoming members into its new facility.

Lincoln Mill has made a lot of progress in its redevelopment since then, adding a brand-new parking lot, giving the lobbies a massive makeover, and countless other improvements. As each new business opens, the development moves another step closer to unleashing its potential and becoming the beautiful and innovative property it’s meant to be. Iron Tribe Fitness moved into its new space last week and is already serving as an excellent amenity for the campus, offering HIIT-style group classes within a supportive fitness community.

“Our members are really enjoying the vibe at Lincoln Mill,” said Meaghan Tabilo, operating manager at Iron Tribe Fitness – Huntsville. “Its historic character is unique and the facility itself is excellent. It has been a fantastic and fun transition for us. We are able to offer all of the same classes to our members and additional features that make working out more convenient and enjoyable for our busy guests.”

Iron Tribe is a high-quality gym that offers personal training, group classes, and a variety of ever-changing workouts that are targeted to the needs of the individual. Many of the trainers at Iron Tribe have different certifications that help them create the best approach for each client. Meaghan and her colleague Blair Morris, director of operations for Iron Tribe Huntsville and Madison, said that they look forward to the continual growth of Lincoln Mill.

“We can’t wait to see the excitement around campus when the Dye House is completed and more retail is added,” said Blair. “It will be great to finish a class and head over to one of the other businesses on campus. We are not alone in our enthusiasm, because we have already had a few new members join us since we opened last Monday.”

In addition to the updated features for its members, Iron Tribe now has spacious offices for its staff where they can have consultations and efficiently handle operational tasks.

“Our first week was full of wide eyes and expressions—people are loving our new gym,” said Meaghan. “We have upgraded our facilities and members are taking full advantage of our locker rooms and showers. The amenities of what we can offer as a fitness club, not just a gym, have expanded along with our new location. We’ve had a few old members reach out to us about our new site and decide to join us again. We are very happy with where we are today.”

Iron Tribe’s team also remarked about their excitement at being part of the growing Meridian Street corridor. Nearby businesses like Brooks & Collier, Holtz Leather, L’Etoile Patisserie, and Preservation Company were the first to bring one-of-a-kind retail options to the neighborhood, and Lincoln Mill will continue that tradition.

“Come check us out at our new gym,” urged Meaghan. “Our class schedule is posted online and we would love to have a consultation to discuss your fitness goals. We are thrilled to say you can now find us at Lincoln Mill.”
