If you traveled down Pratt Avenue near earlier this year, you may have noticed one of the street’s older properties begin to change. What was once a beige building with red awnings and no windows has been transformed into a modern office space that houses Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate’s eleven full-time employees!

He continued to become more invested in the community and served on local boards where he active in city affairs. During that time, he also opened The Trade Palace, now known as the Corner Office, at 123-125 North Side Square. Back then, North Side Square was known as Exchange Row. The building was co-owned at the time by Robert and his friend Morris Bernstein happily co-owned the building after purchasing it in 1867 for $4,750.
