“Purpose for me comes from helping shape communities that make Alabama stronger.” – Anusha Alapati Davis
That couldn’t be more true with our Vice President of Retail, Anusha Alapati Davis, who was awarded with the 2025 Women of Impact award by Yellowhammer. This award recognizes twenty extraordinary women from Alabama in various sectors, including business, government, and nonprofit each year.

Huntsville native Anusha Alapati Davis has become one of Alabama’s rising leaders in commercial real estate. With more than a decade of experience, she has shaped transformative projects like Twickenham Square, Stovehouse, The Avenue, Times Plaza, Lincoln Mill, Stadium Commons, and Front Row—turning developments into community hubs that connect people, brands, and opportunity.
Her portfolio spans local start-ups to national retailers, always with a focus on creating spaces that bring lasting value to neighborhoods. In 2022, she was named to the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network, and she currently serves as ICSC Gulf-South NextGen Chair, mentoring professionals and championing the next wave of retail leaders.
Beyond her career, Anusha is dedicated to mentorship, community service, and family. Inspired by her mother’s resilience and driven by her role as a wife and mother of two, she leads with empathy, vision, and a commitment to building stronger Alabama communities.
Recognized as a Yellowhammer News Woman of Impact, Anusha continues to leave her mark on the state—not just by shaping retail destinations, but by strengthening the places we call home.
