Crunkleton Welcomes New Award-Winning Property Manager—Jessica Partington!

Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate is thrilled to announce that Jessica Partington has joined the team as its new Director of Property Management. Jessica is an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Manager© (CPM©), a member of the inaugural designation class of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities Certified Retail Real Estate Professionals (CRRP), and she holds the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation. Recently, Jessica was awarded IREM Alabama’s CPM of the Year award. She was celebrated this afternoon at the institute’s Officer Installation & Awards Luncheon in Birmingham.

“Property management is a very rewarding career,” said Jessica. “I’m honored to have been selected as CPM of the Year, and I’m excited to bring my experience and skills to Crunkleton. There is a diverse portfolio here, and I aim to make every managed property a place where tenants’ needs are met and ownership sees the best return on investment. I look forward to building new relationships and adding value to the company’s property management team.”

Prior to joining Crunkleton, Jessica managed properties across the southeast for Daniel Corporation, RCP Companies, and CBL Properties. A 13-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, she has managed numerous asset classes with a specialization in the implementation of management and operational planning for first-generation, under-development properties.

“I started as an accounting assistant in the early 2000s,” said Jessica. “It was through that position that I was exposed to property management, and I fell in love with it. There’s something new to learn each day and the job is never complete. Tenants spend a lot of their time in the properties we manage. Doing the job well means having a positive impact on the community—that’s what motivates me.”

Jessica currently serves as Secretary on the board of directors for the North Alabama Chapter of Building Owners and Manager Association and previously served as the chapter’s Community Outreach Chair. She also serves as the Industry Partner Committee Chair for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Alabama chapter and will serve as Secretary in 2022. A few properties under Jessica’s management at Crunkleton include Lincoln Mill, Times Plaza, and Crestwood Professional Center.

Leadership at Crunkleton is excited to welcome Jessica to the team and says her knowledge and talent will ensure clientele receive the dedication and attention they deserve.
