Fresh hot coffee will be brewing soon at The Avenue Madison thanks to Honest Coffee Roasters moving ever closer to its official opening. After 5 years of serving the downtown Huntsville area, the team decided it was time to expand and bring its signature espresso, lattes, açaí bowls, café fare, and more to the Madison community. Its future home at 92 Shorter Street is well on its way to completion and the shop owner estimates its doors opening in late August or early September.

A new home décor and gift registry shop is set to open at the Central Park Village shopping center on Bob Wallace Avenue later this year. Ivy & Oak, a creation of sisters-in-law Cate Burris and Kayla Burris, will feature an array of beautiful décor, wedding gifts, baby items, candles, bath and beauty products, drinkware, stationery, and even gourmet spices, mixes, and snacks. The 1,420 square foot shop will be in Suite 115 at the center and is set to open in late Summer 2022.
