Where should we send maintenance requests?
You have several options. You may call our office at 256-536-8809 and talk to Lauren Plott to explain the problem to her. You can also email Lauren at lauren@crunkletonassociates.com or you may fill out the work order to the right of this question explaining the problem and it will go directly to Lauren’s email. She will then place a work order with the correct vendor and call you with an ETA or call for further information.
Who do I call for after hours maintenance?
For all after hours (5pm-8am), holiday or weekend maintenance emergencies, please call 256.536.8809. You will then be redirected to our after hours answering service who will either take a message or connect you to our property management team.
How do I know if the work I need done is something I as a tenant am financially responsible for or if it is something covered by the ownership?
Call our office and we will be happy to check your Lease for you. If in the event it is a Tenant expense, we have a variety of vendors to choose from and we are happy to help you set up a service call. If it is an Owner expense, we will take care of the problem as quickly as possible.
We are interested in relocating our office to another property. What do we do?
You are fortunate because we have several different brokers who are available to help you with this. We can evaluate your Lease and let you know about the termination process as well as show you a plethora of properties that we manage and don’t manage to meet your needs. Just give us a call!
