Moments away from historic Downtown Madison, a new 256,715-square-foot mixed-use development is on the rise. Named The Avenue Madison, the project will bring the next wave of luxury living, dining, and retail options to the area.
Developers Charlie and Sasha Sealy are overseeing the endeavor and recently shared that they “are making great progress and look forward to opening in the summer of 2020 as planned.” This means it won’t be long until the area will have new restaurants and shopping within a gorgeous apartment community that offers sought-after, modern amenities.
Located on Sullivan Street near Short Street, The Avenue Madison aims to become a hub for comfortable living, exciting activities, shopping, and dining that adds connectivity and life to an already beautiful neighborhood.
Now, the Madison project is underway and Crunkleton will be handling the retail leasing for concepts that are looking to bring unique offerings to the city. It could be anything from fitness studios and boutiques to wine shops, bakeries, home décor, or coffee shops. The possibilities are endless!
Stay tuned here for more updates on this project’s construction and to hear what retail businesses are confirmed in the future!
