Almost all the suites are fully constructed and tenants are starting to get in and put their own unique personal touches on each space with their final build out.
The brand new exterior siding is up in front of the store fronts and features brick, two different textures of wood planks, and industrial inspired metal siding details.
All the windows, doors and even two full size roll-up garage doors have been installed in the development.
All that’s left is for the tenants to finish building out their spaces, signage to be installed and (the element I’m more excited for) the current chain-link fencing to be replaced with brand new custom, decorative, metal panels on the sides of the building!
