A new gourmet burger restaurant recently opened in Jones Valley, inviting Huntsville to sample a menu of fresh casual fare that appeals to everyone in the family. Cheeseburger Bobby’s, an eatery founded in 2007 by Bobby Stoll, now has several locations as the franchise has grown in popularity throughout the Southeast. Its space at Legacy Marketplace in Jones Valley is serving the brand’s signature menu along with fast, friendly service.
Cheeseburger Bobby’s is located in Legacy Marketplace at 2785 Carl T. Jones Drive and has hours from Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Bobby’s burgers are all made with 100-percent Angus beef and piled high with traditional toppings like bacon, onion rings, cheese, fried eggs, grilled mushrooms, flavorful sauces, chili, and more. There are also turkey burger, veggie burger, and Impossible burger options that can be customized as desired. Perhaps its most popular item, the Bucket List Burger, features two beef patties, a fried egg, bacon, onion ring, American cheese, a pickle, and Bobby’s signature sauce—the works!
Not a big fan of burgers? Not a problem! Bobby’s also has classics like chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and jumbo beef hot dogs. Tenders come with fries, coleslaw, and garlic toast. Need something to wash it down? Try the eatery’s Peach Sweet Tea. You can finish your meal with a selection of frozen sundaes, concretes, shakes, or chocolate-dipped cones. Whether you’re craving something savory or sweet, Cheeseburger Bobby’s can make your lunch experience an excellent one. (Tip: If you’re visiting with kids in tow, order Bobby’s Dirt & Worm Sundae.)
Cheeseburger Bobby’s is available for delivery on GrubSouth, DoorDash, and GrubHub. The site also has a drive-thru so it’s easy to grab a quick bite on-the-go.
